Max and I were both nervous about our first Vet visit, but Dr Kelley and the staff put us at ease right away...I will recommend this practice and continue to take Max to Dr Kelley...thank you so much for caring about Max...and me too!

We had an emergency with our dog Poe as he woke up yesterday morning without the use of his hind legs. Our regular vet could not get him in, nor could any other vet within 75 miles from us until we called Eastgate. They recognized the emergency and got him in same day even though they are not an emergency office. We gladly drove the almost 2 hours to get there and so happy we did. Dr. Moses and the staff were so caring and compassionate. They thoroughly explained what was happening with our pup, all the options for treatment and estimated costs for each treatment. I read some other reviews about costs at this office and I will just say, this was an unscheduled emergency visit so I was expecting higher than usual bill. What I paid here for the exam and meds was more than fair. I would have paid almost double at my regular vet. If I lived closer Eastgate would be my primary vet. Thank you Eastgate for going above and beyond for our pup. You are all amazing. Kris, Robin and Poe

Amazing staff. I called 14 different veterinary offices all over the coast trying to get an emergency appointment for my parents dog who started to become lethargic and his back legs stopped working. Every vet told me no, that it wasn't something they could help with. As soon as I called Eastgate they were so empathetic with my worries and got him on the schedule the same day. I drove 2 hours to get him there and they were amazing. Best vet office I've ever been to. (Puppy is doing good)
