We had our kitties go to West Hills a few years ago and have since moved out of state. We recently had to obtain vaccination certificates for the rental complex we are moving into, so we called the front desk to ask if there was a way to do access the records electronically. Within literal minutes after getting off the phone with West Hills, I received emails with the records we needed. I do not recall the last time I experienced a more prompt, efficient, and accurate customer service. Our kitties were also very well taken care of back when we lived in Oregon. Overall, I highly recommend West Hills and am thoroughly impressed with their customer service and the way they take care of animals! Keep up the great work!

Very kind and compassionate people! I came in for emergency surgery on a scared/aggressive dog and they were great with him and sedated him right away. They worked with me as much as they could regarding cost of care in a scary and expensive situation.

After having a terrible vet experience elsewhere I found Dr. Wes. Him and his staff are excellent! Very caring and professional. Would recommend to anyone. Thanks to them Olive is doing great!
